Having built before, we were reluctant to enter into a building relationship without making sure we were finding the right partners to build our dream home. The team at Azure over delivered on all our expectations, from engaging with the design team through to handover. Our home project was challenging at times but Azure engaged truly professional contractors throughout the process and we were amazed at how much activity was on site - there was little down time and our home was actually completed ahead of our planned completion date. The finished product is fantastic and the after completion service has been very impressive. Steve and Rob are outstanding builders who take a hands on approach from inception to completion - I strongly recommend Azure Luxury Homes and would be more than happy to use them again in the future.

We wish to thank you both for the amazing experience you have taken us through in the building of our home. We know there are many factors that come into play when choosing a builder such as costs and reputation, but delivery on promised outcomes with a respect for the clients and an eye for quality are certainly rewards you can only judge when the build is underway. There are few opportunities in life for most of us to build our own dream home and the building industry is littered with horror stories about what can go wrong. We found Steve and Robert with their support team to be very professional in their approach to the building of our home in City Beach, my wife and I always found Steve and Robert to be very approachable whenever we wanted to make changes to the original plans and believe me there were many changes, they handled all of our requests in a very efficient and timely manner, all our queries were always answered to our satisfaction. This was the first time that we had a built a home and we had heard a lot of horror stories from individuals who had built a new house and had numerous issues with the relevant builder, in our case we found the experience very rewarding and trouble free, the most important thing we found was the high calibre of trades persons that Azure Luxury Homes employed these individuals were extremely competent and professional. The finished house was handed over to us on budget and on time. We would have no hesitation in recommending Azure Luxury Homes to any individual that wishes to build a new home.

After seeing recently completed works by Azure Luxury Homes on a neighbouring property, I decided to engage their services to design and build my new home in Mount Hawthorn. Throughout the entire project, from initial design to completion of works on site, the team assisted greatly with running me through requirements, especially for a first time build. The project servicing and onsite supervision was excellent throughout, and I was provided with regular updates on the progress of my home. The quality of the finishes was excellent, with both large & small items having the time taken to complete to a high standard. It was clear throughout the entire project that the team at Azure Luxury Homes cared about the project and had ownership on delivering it to a very high standard.

Thank you for designing and building us a magnificent home. Your skills, experience, patience and drive made what is a major life event run smoothly and enjoyably. You were able to understand what we wanted and provided sound advice without trying to tell us what we want. The end product demonstrates that your attention to detail was fantastic and the right mix of the practical and the aesthetically pleasing. Very quickly you were able to demonstrate that our faith in you was well founded. We were very impressed with the pace of the construction process and so happy you have been able to get us into our home ahead of schedule.

Rob and Steve have made this build a pleasure. Having built before we have experienced the standards out there and have been ecstatic with the quality of the tradesmen / work with Azure. Communication between Rob, Steve and ourselves has been brilliant. We are kept informed every step of the way and offered good sound advice including interior design recommendations which we found invaluable. Building with Azure has been an absolute pleasure and from past experiences we appreciate how rare this is. Azure are professional, passionate and creative and we can’t recommend them enough.

As a first time builder, we have not regretted entrusting Azure Luxury Homes to build our home. Throughout the whole process, Azure have shown a high level of professionalism in dealing with ourselves as the client which we consider critical in being able to make our dream home a reality.
